I’ve had my 65k Service and Pink Slip done with NSC and honestly they have been nothing short of amazing. As someone who doesn’t understand much about cars it is nice to be go somewhere where the people explain things in a nice and simple way, ask questions about what you do and don’t understand and just overall genuinely nice individuals who know how to do their job brilliantly. These guys are fantastic and the ad on the radio doesn’t lie when it says “they do the lot”! Thank you for being a great business and for being as kind, polite and professional as you are!

Got tired of paying the official Audi Mobsters to service my A6 Biturbo, so booked it in with NSC based on their reviews. Customer service is excellent with good communication, and they got the car in within a few days. Reasonable prices and a convenient location.

Very good communication, responds to everything in no time. Had my car serviced at the Newcastle service centre, they done a great job, engine bay was very clean no oil spills/dust. Price is very good, will definitely go there again.

11/09/25 Adding on to my first review. Kyle & Loude’ keep this place afloat. They have both gone out of their way to help me with a not normal light globe for my Hyundai. I cannot thank them both enough. Very professional & accommodating. Thank you Kyle & Loude’ Had an awesome experience @ Newcastle Service Centre. Great team. So very happy with the service & communication of extras needed doing. Kyle is the nicest & best mechanic around. Will definitely be back. Thank you Kyle.

The customer service you receive at Newcastle Service Centre will exceed your expectations every time! I phoned at 7.30 this morning about a problem I had with my car. Kyle told me to drop in this afternoon after work which I did. He went straight to the source of the problem and fixed it there and then probably saving my engine and me a lot of stress! I can't recommend Newcastle Service Centre highly enough.

Had a flat battery on the morning of my father’s funeral and had called out the service guy to come to my place but it was too complicated a job. He recommended starting car and going to the workshop. Despite being super busy, they helped me by sorting out a new fitted battery straight away and getting me on my way north. So very grateful they fit me in, on such a busy day for them.
